About Us

Carolyn Cohen is the founder of Just in Time Training and Consulting Inc.  She has extensive experience helping organizations and individuals with matters such as hiring, performance, discipline and termination.

Carolyn has a Chartered Accountancy designation, a Human Resources designation, a certificate in Adult Training and Development, as well as a Master degree in Social Work.  She has taught at the post secondary level and  her  views on People Management issues appear regularly in the media.

No one can be an expert in all things.  When necessary, Carolyn does not hesitate to bring in other professionals who complement her skill set.
